Originally from Brazil, Luiza has always been curious about snow, a fascination that grew after moving to Canada. She learned to ski, immersed herself in understanding winter conditions, and gained hands-on experience in the snow removal industry. She later expanded into landscaping, deepening her understanding of how to care for and enhance properties through every season.

With a background in business, operations, and years of leadership experience, Luiza launched this company to offer reliable, detail-focused snow and landscaping services. She brings the same care to her work that she brings to her favourite hobby: cooking. Vancouver is home now, and she’s proud to help keep it clear, safe, and beautiful, one site at a time.

Naz spent over 20 years in the roofing industry, where he developed a deep understanding of site logistics, weather challenges, and hands-on problem-solving. In 2015, after the birth of his first child and facing seasonal slowdowns in roofing, he turned to snow removal to provide year-round support for his family. What began as a practical decision quickly became a lasting passion.

Over the past 10 years, Naz has led snow and ice management for senior homes, hospitals, commercial centres, residential complexes, and industrial lots across the Lower Mainland. He built his expertise from the ground up—learning from seasoned professionals and earning a reputation for reliable, safety-first service.

As COO, Naz keeps field operations smooth, efficient, and responsive. He’s committed to ensuring every site is well-managed, thoughtfully maintained, and ready for whatever the season brings.
